A guy who craved love from someone who didn't love him as much. It ultimate led to his death
One reason no one showed up for Gatsby funeral not even Daisy
Second reason is that Daisy didn't show love affection for Gatsby through the whole book
Final reason is that Gatsby did many things to make Daisy go out with him
For example he parted every weekend
